Our client, a privately owned dealer group, has a brand-new opportunity for an experienced Bodyshop Manager / SMART Repair Manager to lead the newly formed internal SMART Repair operation
The successful candidate will co-ordinate and complete internal vehicle repairs and be responsible for the formation of a fleet of internal Smart Repair vans operating across the clients market area
As a Bodyshop Manager / SMART Repair Manager you will demonstrate:
A practical direct approach for the re-instatement of the body shop facility and the recruitment of qualified colleagues
Knowledge of the latest techniques and systems to deliver a professional service
Business acumen to plan and execute an ambitious project
The ability to measure and monitor colleague performance to exacting standards
Ambition and drive to be part of a progressive retail motor group
Statutory requirements fulfilled by operators (health and safety, COSHH etc)
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years Bodyshop Manager / SMART Repair Manager experience
Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable Requirements:
Franchised Dealership Experience
