Successful careers within Automotive and Recruitment, have created a combined 25 years of knowledge and expertise, which then led onto launching KPI People, May 2013.

Now in our 11th year of Business, I am very proud of our humble beginnings and achievements so far, which still see me very hands-on as Sales Director for the Company.

Driven by a genuine desire to make a positive impact within both the recruitment sector and Automotive Industries, I enjoy working with both candidates searching for prosperous career opportunities and my clients to achieve outstanding Business results.

A family man, with 2 teenage daughters and Flash, my Working Cocker Spaniel. I am still just about playing rugby, whilst coaching both senior and junior levels. I am a keen carp fisherman, and a proud Luton Town supporter, and for the first time in a long time have something to shout about!
