Salary: £55,000 to £60,000 DOE
Bonus worth up to an additional £20,000
Company car scheme £6,000 a year

The role of a Bodyshop Manager is to control all the activities within the Bodyshop ensuring that all work is undertaken in a timely and correct manner thereby always ensuring customer care/satisfaction. To carry out estimates as specified by insurers/customers ensuring that the vehicle repair can be carried out efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing an on-site team of experts, including paint sprayers, panel beaters, MET technicians, estimators and all administrative staff. You must have experience with managing a team and be driven by results
• Understand the business needs, the accounts, reports and KPI's, effectively manage site resources and costs in order to optimise capability and profitability and actively and efficiently manage work provider and supplier relationships
• Deal with any customer issues and must have experience with managing complaints
• Prior experience as a Bodyshop Site Manager, with expertise in health and safety protocols, ensuring these measures are consistently adhered to required
• Responsible for planning your workload effectively to ensure vehicles are ready to agreed timescales; working skillfully and safely under pressure, and carrying out work in accordance with manufacturers specification
• Lead and work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative with minimal supervision, be flexible in your approach and continually work to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind
The successful candidate would preferably have 3 years experience in a similar role.

Total staff to look after 16 in a modern purpose built site. Part of a large network of some 30 sites.

Pay and Benefits:

From £55,000 to £60,000 dependable on experience and qualifications

Hours are 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday, 30-minute lunch break.
