Proud co-founder of KPI People, I was delighted to recently celebrate 10 years of successfully Business, and we are looking even more so towards the future.
Having worked in Sales for over 40 years, 30 of which have been in recruitment sectors such as00 Engineering, Sales, Finance and Automotive.
My main role is to oversee the business operations and develop strategies to enhance the experience we provide to our valued clients and candidates.
What I love most about my role is it is ever changing, and every day I continue to learn and grow. It is also very satisfying seeing the KPI team develop and grow within the business and supporting them on their journey to achieving their goals.
Away from work I enjoy time with my Wife, teenage sons, and the rest of the family, (we are all very close). Any time away from family and work is devoted to Luton Town and motorcycling. I do also like to read and follow current affairs.
