- Description:Our Client a prestige franchised dealership in Cambridge have the highly desirable opportunity for a Business Manager to join their highly successful team.
As a Business Manager you will approach situations with an enthusiastic win-win attitude, to ensure that the dealership, your colleagues and our customers all benefit. Highly customer-focused, you should have a proven track record in selling and negotiating financial solutions and value-added products.
Your key responsibilities will include: Establishing customer needs and using this information to sell them financial solutions; Complying with FSA Regulations; maintaining a supportive relationship with all dealership departments; and advising, implementing and maintaining rigid processes within departments in order to meet the dealership targets. You will report into the General Sales Manager, and, as such, will be an integral member of the Sales Management Team.
You should have good commercial awareness/business acumen, be focused upon the delivery of excellent customer experiences, have experience working within the luxury sector and be willing/able to comprehensively sell vehicles, in addition to your Business Manager responsibilities.
You must hold a full UK driving license
