Vehicle Technician – Bedford –

Our client, a Busy body shop in Bedford have the requirement for experienced PDI Technician to join their established workshop team.
PDI Technician Responsibilities
As a PDI Technician, responsibilities will include:
Preparation of new vehicles in accordance with set PDI schedules for client fleets.
Preparation of new and used vehicles in accordance with manufactures specification.
Ensure warranty claims are completed in line with warranty best working practices.
Diagnose and rectify vehicle issues using the latest diagnostic techniques.
Constructive liaison with workshop team members in problem solving whilst working to deadlines.
Carry out servicing and repairs to all types of vehicles in line with manufactures maintenance Schedules and repair operations.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
Level 2 NVQ or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance=
Franchised PDI Experience is a must
Full and clean UK Driving Licence
Desirable Requirements:
Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance

Basic Salary of up to £30,000 DOE moving to £35,000 once passed probation
