- Description:Our Client, a busy franchised Motor trade main dealership near Enfield North London are looking for an aspiring Service Manager to join their successful team with a growing brand.
As a Service Manager your main duties will include; acknowledging all customers and potential customers in a warm and friendly manner clearly understanding that you are an ambassador for the group. You are expected to monitor, coach and train Service Consultants to achieve business goals. Ensure the completion of any customer visit is finalized knowing that the visit has been fully completed or future visits or actions have been documented. To ask ‘is there anything else I can do for you today’ to ensure satisfaction is achieving with each customer. You and your team should strive to achieve the accepted customer satisfaction standards and customer retention. Complaints should be managed and resolved effectively whilst adhering to policies and procedures.
As this is a growing role the client will look at a young Service Manager, Senior Service Advisor or Workshop Controller that would like the next step. You will have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated and possess a high energy for work.
In return we offer a basic salary of up to 30k with an OTE of 40k. As this role grows the basic salary and OTE will grow with it overtime towards 50k. You will have modern working environment plus full training on our systems and product knowledge that you would expect with a national company.
