- Description:Our client a prestige franchised motor trade dealership in Ipswich Suffolk are recruiting for a Service Advisor to join their team.
As a Service Advisor and you will play a crucial role in driving the business forward. Friendly and professional, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the dealership and, as such, you'll be an important ambassador for the company.
Your duties will include: dealing with customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs in an efficient and courteous manner, to ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction; dealing with all service enquiries by telephone, email and face-to-face; managing the allocation and handover of customer service vehicles; and liaising with workshop teams to ensure timely completion of customer vehicles.
Previous experience of working in a customer service position within the motor industry is preferred but the client may look at candidates keen to get into the motor trade. You must hold a full UK driving licence.
In return, our client offers a competitive salary of up to 24k basic plus an excellent bonus scheme with earnings up to another 3k available and ongoing career development opportunities.
Working hours – Monday to Friday 0800-1800 and rota’ d Saturday’s one in three
