- Description:Our Client, a large Prestige franchised dealership in Bedford Bedfordshire have the requirement for a Service Advisor to join their successful team.
As a Service Advisor you will play a crucial role in driving the business forward. Friendly and professional, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the Centre and, as such, you'll be an important ambassador for Our Client’s Brand.
Your duties will include: dealing with customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs in an efficient and courteous manner, to ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction; dealing with all service enquiries by telephone, email and face-to-face; managing the allocation and handover of customer service vehicles; and liaising with workshop teams to ensure timely completion of customer vehicles.
Previous Service Advisor experience in the motor trade is essential.
A full driving license is essential as is previous experience within a similar role.
