- Description:Our client a “state of the art” premium franchised dealership in Cambridgeshire have the requirement for an experienced General Sales Manager to join their highly successful team.
As a General Sales Manager you will be an integral member of the team. You will approach situations with an enthusiastic and positive manner, to ensure the dealership, your colleagues and our customers all benefit. Highly customer-focused and experienced within the Sales department, you will assume responsibility for the daily operations within the business. You should have a proven track record in selling and negotiating, an understanding of sales processes and manufacturer requirements.
Your key responsibilities will include: managing the Sales team, ensure the Centre has correct and well managed new and used car stock, ensuring the centre meets brand standards for demonstrator and stock requirements, and taking responsibility for the presentation of the centre. Maintaining a supportive relationship with dealership departments and advising, implementing and maintaining robust processes within departments in order to meet dealership targets.
Previous experience as a General Sales Manager is essential for this role, and you must hold a full UK driving licence.
