- Description:Our client a franchised Commercial Vehicle dealership in Northamptonshire have the requirement for an experienced Aftersales Manager to join their successful team.
As an Aftersales Manager you will play a crucial role in driving our Clients business forward. Friendly and professional, you’ll inspire your team to ensure that every customer’s experience of the Centre is exceptional. Naturally confident, with proven managerial experience you will have strong leadership skills, as the ability to implement change, strengthening the business and taking the Centre to new heights, you’ll be an important ambassador for the Brand.
Your duties will include; maximising commercial opportunities, monitoring customer needs to maintain high levels of customer service, selecting and recruiting members of the Parts and Service Team and ensuring sufficient resources are available to meet servicing requirements. You will assist in achieving. You will assist in achieving Sales & Financial targets, with defined operating and financial guidelines. You will contribute to the development of plans, policies and procedures as required to ensure the achievement of all tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
You must have previous Managerial and Motor Trade Experience within a similar role, commercial experience desirable although not essential.
